We had a fantastic stay at this lovely home in Victoria Falls. Gary and his staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The accommodations were excellent, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The living room was perfect for relaxing and socializing in the evenings. We felt safe and secure with the 24-hour guard on duty. The location was convenient, just a short drive to the falls and the airport. Gary even went above and beyond by arranging transportation for us and refunding our failed zip line tour. a professional and welcoming host.

The facility had everything we needed. The staff, especially Blessing Mchapa, were great and checked on us daily. We felt secure and well taken care of. The shuttle service was convenient for getting around.

The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to the town and attractions. The staff members were friendly and tried their best to assist us with the issues we faced. Despite the shortcomings, the room itself was clean and furnished comfortably.

The bathroom setup was awkward, with the shower being part of the same area as the sink. It was not comfortable for older individuals.

During our stay at Sweet Holiday Homes, we were pleasantly surprised by the boat trip down the Zambezi River that the staff offered us. It was a fantastic experience and a highlight of our trip. The room we stayed in was clean and had air conditioning which made our stay comfortable.
